I captured this photo on my morning walk to the 7.15am ferry from Birkenhead wharf. Felt grateful at the moment of taking the picture.
Auckland’s best kept secret 🙂
Photo was captured in Little Shoal Bay during low tide, with Ilford HP5+ BW film at 400 ISO.
I was out photographing when I saw the photo opportunity of a lifetime! It was perfect timing and too cute to resist.
This photo is a view from Little Shoal Bay, in this shot you can see the Harbour Bridge poking through the trees. It is taken from a bridge suspended above water. When I took this photo I felt immense pride and happiness when I saw the product on the camera.
View of Birkenhead Wharf.

A fisherman casts his line from Hinemoa Boat Ramp.
Chelsea coastal walk taken from mobile.
At the top of the hill is a satisfying scenic view of the Birkenhead ferry terminal. Where as cars were park beautifully; structures serves as a line gap between the reflecting colour of the sky and the sea.
Top view of the harbour bridge and the ferry crossing the shore towards the Auckland CBD
The photo shows dogs at Kendall bay playing together.
The photo shows photo of the Kendalls Bay sign that’s very dirty. Next to it is a big tree which covers some of the bay.
Chelsea Sugar
The beach from a different angle.
The view from little shoal bay.
Natural waterfall flowing over bushes.
I went for a walk and saw this lovely view of the chelsea sugar factory ship being loaded on Palmerston road in Birkenhead.
When I was photographing birds, a rainbow suddenly appeared in the sky. I quickly changed to a wide-angle lens to capture this moment.
